1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Diora Holidays (operated by Diora Holidays Private Limited). By accessing our website, booking travel services, or purchasing packages from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Registration
To register a booking, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details of all travelers, including full legal names, contact coordinates, and age declarations. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation from Diora Holidays.
3. Payments & Pricing
We accept payments via online banking, credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other payment gateways integrated on our platform. Bookings require a 10% partial payment at the time of reservation. The remaining 90% balance must be paid prior to departure or at the time of hotel check-in, as detailed in your invoice schema.
4. Cancellation & Booking Changes
Any modifications or cancellations to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. Cancellation fees depend on the package, hotels, transport providers, and permit statuses. Standard cancellation details are outlined in your individual package agreements and our Refund Policy.
5. Travel Documents & Permits
Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID). For protected zones (like East Sikkim, North Sikkim, Ladakh, etc.), Diora Holidays will assist in compiling and submitting permit requests (ILP). However, final desk clearance is subject to state authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Diora Holidays acts as an agent connecting travelers with third-party service providers (hotels, vehicle operators, adventure guides). We shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, flight delays, weather blockages, landslides, or act of God events beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising out of bookings or website usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
